Frequently asked questions:Two options for renting room: 1. Option 1: a. Rent room for $50 plus additional $25 clean up fee, total of $75 due at contract signing. b. May bring in all your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. 2. Option 2: a. Use room for free. b. $75 deposit required to hold the room for your specific date, this deposit will be returned event day. c. Must purchase $225 in food/beverages from Pogolino's, no outside food/drink may be brought in unless prior approval by management. d. 18% gratuity will be added to all tickets. General info: * Maximum seating capacity for this room is 42 people. * Decorate with light tape only. No tacks, staples, heavy duty tape, or nails. Use of these will forfeit the deposit. Table clothes are recommended.
* Banquet room parties will have a limited menu which includes pizza and select salads/appetizers.* Remove all decorations. NO confetti or glitter please. Our staff will vacuum and clean tables. * An event must be cancelled with at least 10 days notice to avoid loss of deposit. * Only adults over the age of 21 with a valid I.D. may consume alcohol and alcohol must be purchased from the restaurant . * There is a handicap accessible bathroom and entrance/exit upstairs. These accomdations are for those with a handicap only and NOT for use by others. Regular guests and those hosting the event need to use the entrance/exit and bathrooms downstairs in the main dining hall. The area which allows handicap accessiblity is a storage/prep room that is off limits to ALL others. Access is strictly prohibited. * A banquet menu is available for groups ordering larger quantities of food, some require advance notice. * Renter will be responsible for all damanges/excessive messes and result in loss of deposit.
